ALFORD — A Rowe Road house was burned to the ground Sunday afternoon, leaving a family of six without a roof over their heads and most of their worldly possessions in ashes.

It was also occupied by their daughters Michelle Riedel, 29, and Nicole Riedel, 24, Nicole’s boyfriend Paul Margraf, 27, Michelle’s daughter Addison, 5. The family’s six cats, three of which were outside at the time of the fire were unharmed;the three others are still missing.
