Breeze McMennamin Hobbs of New Canaan, CT requesting that the Court enter a formal Decree and Order and for such other relief as requested in the Petition. The Petitioner requests that M. Breeze McMennamin Hobbs of New Canaan, CT and Karen M. Bene of Hamburg, Germany be appointed as Personal Representative(s) of said estate to serve Without Surety on the bond in an unsupervised administration.
You have the right to obtain a copy of the Petition from the Petitioner or at the Court. You have the right to object to this proceeding. To do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and objection at this Court before: 10:00 a.m. on the return day of 11/8/2019. This is NOT a hearing date, but a deadline by which you must file a written appearance and objection if you object to this proceeding. If you fail to file a timely written appearance and objection followed by an affidavit of objections within thirty (30) days of the return day, action may be taken without further notice to you.
UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE MASSACHUSETTS UNIFORM PROBATE CODE (MUPC)
A Personal Representative appointed under the MUPC in an unsupervised administration is not required to file an inventory or annual accounts with the Court. Persons interested in the estate are entitled to notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including the distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

The Monterey Select board and the Board of Assessors will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 10:00 AM, At the Town Offices, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, to establish the percentage of local tax levy to be borne by each class of property for Fiscal Year 2020.

MONTERY SELECT BOARD
TOWN OF SHEFFIELD INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Town of Sheffield is seeking bids from vendors qualified to provide snow plowing services to assist Highway Department in snow and ice removal operations on an as needed basis for 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 winter seasons. Vendors shall utilize a minimum one ton truck with nine foot plow. Although a sander is not required, if the truck is equipped to sand, and the town authorizes such use, additional compensation will be paid. Vehicle must be operated by a qualified, licensed driver and be available on call from the period November 15 to April 30. Bid forms may be obtained from the Office of the Town Administrator, Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, Sheffield, MA 01257 (413-229-7000, ext. 152.) Bids on these forms, in sealed, opaque envelopes shall be marked “Bid for Snow Plowing FY2020 and FY2021,” and be delivered to the above address by November 8, 2019 at 2 p.m., at which time all bids will be publically opened and read aloud.
The Town of Sheffield reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid, and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.
