ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC HEARING

On Thursday, April 30, 2020, at 7:00PM, 171 Egremont Plain Road, Egremont, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application of Catamount Ski Resort, LLC, 17 Nicholson Road, South Egremont, for a special permit to expand the pre-existing nonconforming use of the property for off ski season activities as allowed by Egremont Zoning Bylaw 4.3.1.5. The application can be viewed at the Egremont Town Hall or on line at www-egremont-ma.gov. Written comments will be accepted. Please contact town hall to receive instructions on how to participate in the meeting.

On Friday, April 24, 2020, at 7:00PM, 171 Egremont Plain Road, Egremont, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application of Sara Keene, DBA Egremont Village Inn, 17 Main Street, South Egremont, for a special permit to allow the uses of rental office space and retail as allowed by Egremont Zoning Bylaw 4.3.1.5. The application can be viewed at the Egremont Town Hall or on the towns’ web page www.egremont-ma.gov. Written comments will be accepted. Please contact town hall to receive instructions on how to participate in the meeting.
