UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE MASSACHUSETTS UNIFORM PROBATE CODE (MUPC)
A Personal Representative appointed under the MUPC in an unsupervised administration is not required to file an inventory or annual accounts with the Court. Persons interested in the estate are entitled to notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including the distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

On Thursday, April 30, 2020, at 7:00PM, 171 Egremont Plain Road, Egremont, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application of Catamount Ski Resort, LLC, 17 Nicholson Road, South Egremont, for a special permit to expand the pre-existing nonconforming use of the property for off ski season activities as allowed by Egremont Zoning Bylaw 4.3.1.5. Town of Sheffield Notice of Public Hearing

The Sheffield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability, filed by AMC Berkshire Chapter, AT Management Committee for property on Appalachian Trail west of Sheffield Egremont Rd, Sheffield, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, sec. 40. The purpose of the hearing is to gather information regarding the proposed project: Leveling existing parking area. Application and compaction of no more than 24 cubic yards of mixed gravel. Work will take place within the footprint of the existing parking area, no change in slope.

The Sheffield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability, filed by Donald Fisher, Bradford Fisher and Janice Fisher-Kelley for property on 996 Silver Street, Sheffield, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, sec. 40. The purpose of the hearing is to gather information regarding the proposed project: Existing septic tank to be removed and replaced with a 1300 gallon septic tank, install pump chamber and leaching area.
