Notice is hereby given that a Community Outreach Meeting for a proposed Marijuana Outdoor Cultivation Establishment is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at the Dewey Memorial Hall located at 91 Main Street, Sheffield, MA 01257. The proposed Marijuana Outdoor Cultivation Establishment is anticipated to be located at 593 South Main Street, Sheffield, Massachusetts. Representatives of the Company proposing to locate the Marijuana Establishment will present their plans and there will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions.

•Amend Sections 2.4 Sheffield Zoning Map
•Amend Section 2.6 Delineations of Zoning District Boundaries
•Amend Section 3.1.3 Table of Use Regulations
•Amend 7.4 Solar Photovoltaic Installations

The Sheffield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., concerning the application of Benjamin Trachtenberg and Dan Andrus for a Special Permit, under the provisions of Section 3.1.3 and Section 5.2 of the Town’s Zoning By-laws, to allow a high end car club to be able to maintain, store and service its club member’s vehicles, in addition to the already permitted uses. 3.1.3 The property is located on 34 Home Road, Sheffield, MA, 01257, Assessors Map 22 Block 4 and Lot: 1 Book 303 Page 346 in the Rural District.
