To all interested persons: A Petition for Formal Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative has been filed by Saul Scheier of Pompton Plains, NJ, requesting that the Court enter a formal Decree and Order and for such other relief as requested in the Petition.
The Petitioner requests that: Saul Scheier of Pompton Plains, NJ, be appointed as Personal Representative(s) of said estate to serve Without Surety on the bond in an unsupervised administration.
You have the right to obtain a copy of the Petition from the Petitioner or at the Court. You have the right to object to this proceeding. To do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and objection at this Court before: 10:00 a.m. on the return day of 03/27/2019.

UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE MASSACHUSETTS UNIFORM PROBATE CODE (MUPC)
A Personal Representative appointed under the MUPC in an unsupervised administration is not required to file an inventory or annual accounts with the Court. Persons interested in the estate are entitled to notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including the distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

SANDISFIELD CONSERVATION COMMISSION
On Tuesday, March 19, there will be a public hearing at 7:15 p.m. at the Sandisfield Town Hall Annex located at 66 Sandisfield Rd., Route 57, held by the Sandisfield Conservation Commission on a Notice of Intent filed by Cynthia Nienart for the purpose of continued management of Ida Pond. The purpose of the NOI is to determine if the above project is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 131, Section 40 of the Massachusetts State Laws.
TOWN OF MOUNT WASHINGTON
The Mt. Washington Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting at Town Hall, on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 7:15 p.m. The MWCC will review a Request for Determination for William Ryan located at 46 East Street. The proposed work will include drainage and some excavation work within the riverfront area. All interested parties are called to be present.

Notice of a Public Hearing
In accordance with the requirements of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40A and the Sandisfield Zoning Bylaws, the Sandisfield Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall Annex, 66 Sandisfield Rd., Sandisfield, MA, on the application of Karen and Jed Garfield for zoning relief in the form of a special permit in accordance with Section 9 of the Sandisfield Zoning Bylaws, codified as Chapter IX of the Sandisfield Bylaws, as follows:
A special permit under Section 5.B of the Zoning bylaws to allow the construction of a two car garage with storage space in the same location as the pre-existing nonconforming structure at 117 New Hartford Road, Sandisfield, map and lot 417-0-2.
The special permit application including plans is on file in the office of the Board of Selectmen and may be inspected by the public during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place of the public hearing.
