The Town of Egremont will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday January 21, 2020, at 6:00 PM at Egremont Town Hall to discuss the submission of an FY20 regional CDBG grant for housing rehabilitation. The proposed application may include the towns of Egremont, Sandisfield and Great Barrington. Residents from these three towns are invited and will be heard. The location of public hearing for Fulcrum Enterprises, LLC Special Permit Application scheduled for January 13, 2020 has been changed from the Claire Teague Senior Center, 917 Main Street, Great Barrington, MA to the Monument Valley Middle School, 313 Monument Valley Road, Great Barrington, MA. The Monday, January 13, 2020 public hearing will begin not earlier than 6:00 PM, and the regular Selectboard meeting with other business, will begin at 5:30 pm.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, CHANGE OF LOCATION
This notice is to announce a CHANGE IN LOCATION of the Selectboard’ ‘s public hearing that was scheduled for Monday, January 13, 2020, at 5:30 PM, regarding the Special Permit application from School Street Parking, LLC, c/o Phillips International Holding Corp., 5 Cheshire Road, Pittsfield, to construct and operate a commercial parking lot in a B-3 zone, and for work within the Water Quality Protection Overlay District, at 11 School Street, Great Barrington.
The hearing will not be at the Senior Center as previously announced. The hearing will instead be at the Monument Valley Middle School, 313 Monument Valley Road, Great Barrington.
Copies of the application are on file with the Town Clerk.

The Sheffield Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 7:00 pm in the 2nd floor meeting room, Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, concerning the application of Dolores Berkery for an Administrative Appeal, to appeal a decision by the Building Inspector issued on November 12, 2019, detailing the illegal use of the lots in question located at 941 Clayton Road, Ashley Falls, MA. 01222. Assessors Map 8, Block 2, and Lot 23.8 in the Rural Zoning District.
A copy of the application, on file in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town Hall, may be inspected Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
