CONSERVATION COMMISSION
Egremont Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing June 29 at 8:00 pm at Egremont Town Hall, 271 Rt. 71, for Determination of Applicability (RDA) by Karner Brook, LLC, 55 Hurlburt Rd., Great Barrington, regarding redecking over Karner Brook and pointing of stone under waterway by hand (Wetlands Protection Act provision: Maintenance of a lawfully existing structure) at 71 Main St., S. Egremont. This will involve no excavation. Filing may be viewed at Town Hall between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. weekdays and anytime at http:​/​​/​masspublicnotices.org​/​.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PUBLIC HEARING
On Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at 7:30PM, the Egremont Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Egremont Town Hall, Route 71, Egremont Mass to consider the application of Karner Brook LLC for a special permit to allow for office and​/​or retail spaces at their property located at 71 Main Street, Egremont. The application may be viewed at Town Hall in the Selectmen’s Office. Written comments will be accepted.
