Lee thrashes Athol in home opener

LEE — The Lee Wildcats boys’ basketball team have already matched their win total from last season and we are just two games in, as Lee pounded the Athol Red Raiders 73-47 in their home opener, for the first career win for new head coach Jason Bliss.

“It feels unbelievable,” said Bliss on earning his first career win as the Wildcats head coach. “I’m just happy for the guys, they deserved it. It’s been a long time coming, they hustled their butts off.”

It is all part of Bliss’ plan to turn the Wildcats boys’ squad into a winning program.
