HOUSATONIC — There could be something extra in the water if the state Department of Environmental Protection denies Housatonic Water Works request for modification to its corrosion control system.
But before that happens, the private utility company held an informational meeting to address concerns that might have muddied the water.
Dr. Richard Gullick of Rural Community Assistance Partnership led the June 17 discussion at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Housatonic.
There, he shared insights on where the company was at with its corrosion control system and some of his first impressions.
