Education task force renews contract with study partner

The Berkshire County Education Task Force has retained the District Management Group for its Phase III efforts and has, according to BCETF Chairman John Hockridge, raised enough money for the contract.

Task force members unanimously approved the decision July 15 following a loose executive session.

Hockridge said part of the task force’s approval had to do with how pleased they were with DMG during Phase II.

“We have been very happy with the DMG’s support services…” Hockridge said via email in response to questions sent to him. “Having their extensive expertise and experience in advising school districts all over the country has been invaluable in providing direction in our efforts.”
