1Berkshire announces eighth Virtual Town Hall with updates on paid Family Medical Leave

PITTSFIELD – After seven Virtual Town Halls, 1Berkshire has announced its eighth conversation, which will held on Friday, June 19 at 8:30 AM, with a focus on New Updates to Paid Family Medical Leave. The live event, moderated by 1Berkshire President and CEO, Jonathan Butler, will include experts at the state and local level who have deep insight into the workings of the Paid Family Medical Leave Act, and how it could impact businesses here in the Berkshires during this challenging time. Learn more about how these changes could play a role for you and/or your business, and some of the ways in which others are navigating these changes to paid family medical leave.

“In the era of COVID-19, any type of change to structure and function could have significant impacts on businesses. The Paid Family Medical Leave Act has the potential to be one of those structural changes, and it’s imperative that our regional community be fully vetted on the act, its changes, and what it could look like for themselves and their businesses and employers” stated Jonathan Butler.
