To all persons interested in the above captioned estate, a
Petition for Formal Probate of Will with Appointment of Personal Representative
has been filed by Vashti Poor of Southfield, MA and Benjamin H. Poor of Brooklyn, NY
requesting that the Court enter a formal Decree and Order of testacy and such
other relief as requested in the Petition. And also requesting that Vashti Poor
of Southfield, MA and Benjamin H. Poor of Brooklyn,
NY be appointed as Personal
Representative of said estate to serve Without Surety on the bond in an
unsupervised administration.

You have the right to obtain a copy of the Petition from the

accounts with the Court. Persons interested in the estate are entitled to
notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative
and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including
distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

EGREMONT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Egremont Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing
Thursday, 9/12, at 7:30 pm at Egremont Town Hall, 271 Rt.71, on a Notice of
Intent (NOI) Filing by Jon Schaefer, Catamount Ski Resort, LLC, 17 Nicholson
Rd., regarding reconstruction of an existing berm along a 30,000 sq. ft.
snowmaking pond, approximately 1,500 feet uphill of the existing lodge
building, increasing and improving the width of the berm, and creating a second
snowmaking pond onto the east of the intermittent stream channel. Said work is
within buffer zone of bordering vegetative wetlands and inland bank and subject
to WPA jurisdiction.

INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Mount
Washington invites sealed bids from contractors for
the “East and West Street Paving FY 2020” Mount Washington Road Improvements.

A Bid Package for this project will be available on the main
page of the Town website at: www.townofmtwashington.com beginning September
5th, 2019. Only those contractors who have been qualified and approved (or can
be) by the MassDOT will be allowed to received Bid Proposal Packages.

Sealed Bids are due at the Mount Washington Town Hall
by 12PM on September 19th at which time all bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked “East and West Street
Paving FY 2020”. The Select Board is the awarding authority and reserves the
right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities
in any bid, to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed
to be in the best interests of the Town of Mount Washington.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On Monday, September 9, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Sandisfield
Town Hall Annex at 66 Sandisfield
Road, the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public
Hearing to determine the allocation of the local property tax levy among the
four classes of Real Property for the Fiscal Year 2020. The Board of Assessors
will discuss and present alternatives for allocation of the tax among the four

TOWN OF SHEFFIELD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sheffield Conservation Commission will hold a public
hearing on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., 1st floor meeting room,
Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, regarding a Request for Determination of
Applicability, filed by Dan and Michelle Lowe for property on 104 Maple Ave, in
accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, sec. 40. The purpose of
the hearing is to gather information regarding the proposed project, the
construction of new septic system to replace existing Title 5 non-compliant system.
The intention of the applicant will be discussed in compliance with the
Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
