Jeffrey L. Carpenter of New Marlboro, MA and Susan E. Wynn of Groton, MA
requesting a determination of whether Articles Eight and / or Nine of the Jane
B Carpenter Revocable Trust permit them to hold and to improve the South Street
property until such time that the business and property value is, in their

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

The Town of Egremont
will hold a Special Town Meeting at the North Egremont Fire Station, 175 Egremont Plain Road, Egremont Mass.,
on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 7:00 PM, to act on the following articles:

ARTICLE 1: Vote to amend the Egremont Zoning Bylaw by
adopting bylaws to allow Accessory Dwelling Units.

ARTICLE 2: Vote to appropriate $200,000.00, by borrowing,
for the next phase costs of its required share of the engineering and
construction expenses associated with the reconstruction of Mount Washington Road.

ARTICLE 3: Vote to appropriate $98.85 to reimburse members
of the Conservation Commission and $43.00 for police uniform cleaning for bills
unpaid in the previous fiscal year.

ARTICLE 4: Vote to transfer from Cemetery Perpetual Care
Interest the sum of $1,000 and from Hillside Cemetery Perpetual Care the sum of
$7,000 for repairs needed at both the Town House Hill and Hillside Cemeteries.

ARTICLE 5: To see if the Town will vote to create a new
Section 24 within the Town’s General Bylaws as follows adopting the 3% retail
marijuana local sales tax.

ARTICLE 6: Vote to appropriate $10,000 for WiFi at French Park.

ARTICLE 7: Vote to authorize the Selectboard to enter into
up to a 15 year agreement with Fiber Connect LLC for broadband service to
Egremont residents.

TOWN OF GREAT BARRINGTON

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Great Barrington Planning Board will hold a public
hearing on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Town Hall, 334 Main
Street, Great Barrington, MA, to act on the Special Permit application from
Donna and Robert Boyer to create a rear lot (a new building lot) in the R1A
zone at 85 Castle Hill Avenue, in accordance with Sections 4.3 and 10.4 of the
Zoning Bylaw. A copy of the application is on file with the Town Clerk.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Great Barrington Selectboard will hold a public hearing on
Monday, October 7, 2019 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Great
Barrington, MA, to act on the Special Permit application from 79 Bridge Street
Realty, LLC, to modify Special Permits 848-15, A, B, C, D, and E, to reflect
proposed modifications to the proposed hotel project at 79 Bridge Street. This
application is filed per Sections 3.1.4 C(8), 6.1, 7.10, 9.1, 9.2, 9.4, and
10.4 of the Great Barrington Zoning Bylaw. A copy of the application is on file
with the Town Clerk.

TOWN OF SHEFFIELD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sheffield Conservation Commission will hold a public
hearing on Monday, September 9 at 7:00 p.m., 1st floor meeting room, Town Hall,
21 Depot Square, regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability, filed
by Jeffery Collingwood, PE for property on 460 S Main St, in accordance with
the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, sec. 40. The purpose of the hearing is to
gather information regarding the proposed project, a lawn and driveway surface
regrade with new yard drain(s) and infiltration system within WPA buffer zone
of intermittent stream. The intention of the applicant will be discussed in
compliance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
