CITATION ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADJUDICATION

To all persons interested in the above captioned estate, a
petition has been filed by Jason W. Weber of Groton MA
requesting that the Court enter a formal Decree and Order of testacy and such
other relief as requested in the Petition. And also requesting that Karen B
Johnson of Westford MA be appointed as Personal Representative of said estate
to serve Without Surety on the bond.

You have the right to obtain a copy of the Petition from the
Petitioner or at the Court. You have a right to object to this proceeding. To
do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and objection at

MA. 01201, before: 10:00 a.m. on
08/20/2019.

This is NOT a hearing date, but a deadline by which you must
file a written appearance and objection if you object to this proceeding. If

Affidavit of Objections within thirty (30) days of the return date, action may
be taken without further notice to you.

The estate is being administered under formal procedure by
the Personal Representative under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code
without supervision by the Court. Inventory and accounts are not required to be
filed with the Court, but recipients are entitled to notice regarding the administration
from the Personal Representative and can petition the Court in any matter
relating to the estate, including distribution of assets and expenses of
administration.

EGREMONT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Egremont Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing
August 8 at 7:30 pm at Egremont Town Hall, 171 Rt. 71, on a Request for
Determination of Applicability (RDA) by Christine Papadakis, 12 Bow Wow Rd.,
regarding various house renovations that require access through an area within
100 feet of a designated marsh and thus subject to the Wetlands Protection Act.

INTERIM PUBLIC HEARING

The town of Monterey will
hold an interim public hearing on Wednesday Aug. 7, 2019 at 7 p.m. at Monterey Town Hall
to discuss the FY18 Monterey regional CDBG grant that includes residents of Monterey, Egremont and
Sandisfield. The grant includes housing rehabilitation in all three towns. For

will be heard.

NOTIFICATION OF AQUATIC TREATMENT

Please be advised that on Aug. 5, 2019 SōLitude Lake
Management, of Shrewsbury, Mass.,
will be conducting an aquatic plant management program at Prospect
Lake, Egremont, Mass.

The use of the lake’s water will be restricted as follows:

•Swimming, boating and fishing on Aug. 6, 2019

•Livestock watering, restricted for one day or until Aug. 7,
2019

•Direct drinking, restricted for three days or Aug. 9, 2019

•Irrigation, restricted for five days or until Aug. 11, 2019

SOUTHERN BERKSHIRE REGIONAL
EMERGENCY PLANNING COMMITTEE LEGAL NOTICE

The Southern Berkshire Regional Emergency Planning Committee
(SBREPC) is federally mandated to oversee the “Community Right to Know”
planning, training, and information gathering for the storage of hazardous
materials within the area of southern Berkshire
County, Massachusetts.
The SBREPC is comprised of the following South
County towns: Alford, Egremont, Great
Barrington, Monterey, Mount Washington, New
Marlborough, Otis, Sandisfield, Sheffield,
Stockbridge, Tyringham, and West Stockbridge.

Meetings of the SBREPC are generally conducted at 8:00 AM on
the fourth Tuesday of the month, at Fairview
Hospital, 29 Lewis Avenue, in
Great Barrington. The public is invited to attend.

The SBREPC has developed an integrated emergency response
plan and this plan is available for review. Additional information that is site
specific for hazardous material storage is also available. Records located at
the SBREPC headquarters at Fairview
Hospital can be viewed by
appointment only. All requests for information should be directed to Scott

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Mount Washington Conservation Commission will hold a
public meeting on Aug. 5, 2019 at 6 p.m. at the Town Hall. The Concom will
review an RFD, filed by the Town of Mount
Washington. Said review is for a generic notice of
intent.

TOWN OF GREAT BARRINGTON NOTICE

The Great Barrington Community Preservation Committee will
hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 334 Main St., Great
Barrington, to take public comments on its Community Preservation Plan,
prepared pursuant to Mass. Gen. Law Ch. 44B, to guide the implementation of the
Community Preservation Act (CPA) in Great Barrington. The Plan summarizes the
open space and recreation, affordable housing, and historic preservation needs
and priorities of the Town; and, guides applicants seeking CPA funds.

Copies of the plan are available in the Town Clerk’s office,
and may be downloaded from the CPC page of the Town’s website:

Written comments will also be accepted in the Town Clerk’s

TOWN OF SHEFFIELD

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Sheffield Conservation Commission will hold a public
hearing on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., 1st floor meeting room, Town
Hall, 21 Depot Square,
regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability, filed by Robert Cohen
for property on 700 South Main St.
Sheffield, in accordance with the provisions
of M.G.L. Chapter 131, sec. 40. The purpose of the hearing is to gather
information regarding the proposed project, to renovate and add a 4,000 square
foot addition to the south side of the existing structure while maintaining the
50 ft. buffer from the designated wetlands. The intention of the applicant will
be discussed in compliance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
