To the named Respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by Timberlyn Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in said County of Berkshire in the above captioned matter alleging that Daniel Cunha, III is in need of the following treatment or action for which a substituted judgment determination may be required; the authority for advanced directives: Do Not Resuscitate (DNR), Do Not Intubate (DNI), and Comfort Measures Only (CMO) order.

The petition asks the court to make a determination that the powers of the Guardian should be expanded, modified, or limited since the time of the appointment. The original petition is on file with the court.

You have the right to object to this proceeding. If you wish to do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance at this court on or before ten o’clock in the morning (10:00 AM) on the return date of 12/20/2019. This day is not a hearing date, but a deadline by which you have to file the written appearance if you object to the petition. EGREMONT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
Egremont Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, 12/19, at 3:30 pm at Egremont Town Hall, 271 Rt.71, on a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) by Berkshire Natural Resources Council (BNRC) to regrade and repair a wood road leading to a cabin on Barrett Woods West Preserve off Pumpkin Hollow Rd., including replacement of an inadequate and damaged culvert and reinforcement of banks adjacent to culvert which involves a perpetual stream and is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act.

TOWN OF GREAT BARRINGTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Great Barrington Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 5:30 pm at the Claire Teague Senior Center, 917 Main Street, Great Barrington, MA, to act on the Special Permit application from School Street Parking, LLC, c/o Phillips International Holding Corp., 5 Cheshire Road, Pittsfield, to construct and operate a commercial parking lot in a B-3 zone, and for work within the Water Quality Protection Overlay District, at 11 School Street, Great Barrington. The application is filed in accordance with Sections 3.1.4 C(19), 9.2, and 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw. A copy of the application is on file with the Town Clerk.

Inventory and accounts are not required to be filed with the Court, but recipients are entitled to notice regarding the administration from the Personal Representative and can petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including distribution of assets and expenses of administration.
