Notice is hereby given that Fulcrum Enterprises, LLC shall host a Community Outreach Meeting for a proposed Marijuana Establishment on December 30, 2019 at 6:00pm at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 249 Stockbridge Road, Great Barrington, Massachusetts. The proposed Indoor Marijuana Cultivator and Marijuana Product Manufacturer is anticipated to be located at 22 Van Deusenville Road, Great Barrington, MA. There will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions.

TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. on the application of Green Theory Cultivation, LLC., for approval of a Special Permit under Section 199-9.11 (Marijuana Establishments), Section 13.3 (Site Plan) and 13.4 (Special Permit) from the Town of Lee Zoning Bylaws. The proposal is for the construction of a marijuana cultivation and Marijuana Product Manufacturer facility, to be located at 845 Pleasant Street. The property affected is located in the OPLI (Office Park Light Industrial) Zoning District (Assessors’ Map 30, Lot 84).

Any person interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated. If unable to attend please submit comments in writing to the Lee Board of Selectman at 32 Main Street, Lee, MA, 01238. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto. A copy of the application is available for review in the Town Clerk’s Office.

Determination of Applicability filed by Jennifer M. Pilbin. Property located at 12 West Hubbard Road, Sandisfield MA. Map 406 ​—​ Lot 66. Request for the construction of a single family home. The purpose of the RDA is to determine if the above project is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act in accordance with the provisions of chapter 131, Section 40 of the Massachusetts State Laws.
