The Town of New Marlborough, acting through the Board of Selectmen, invites interested parties to participate in an on-line auction of the following heavy equipment previously used by the New Marlborough Highway Department: One 1993, 850 all-wheel drive Dresser Grader in good working condition for its age. INVITATION TO BID

The Town of Mount Washington invites sealed bids from contractors for the “East and West Street Paving FY 2020” Mount Washington Road Improvements.
A Bid Package for this project will be available on the main page of the Town website at: www.townofmtwashington.com beginning November 8, 2019. Only those contractors who have been qualified and approved (or can be) by the MassDOT will be allowed to received Bid Proposal Packages.
Sealed Bids are due at the Mount Washington Town Hall by 12PM on November 26th, 2019 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked “East and West Street Paving FY 2020”. The Select Board is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid, to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Mount Washington.

This notice is to inform you that the New Marlborough Board of Selectmen will be holding a public hearing on Monday, November 18, 2019 at 6:15 p.m. at Town Hall to consider a request from CVE North America. Inc to amend the special permit for a 5 MW solar energy facility on 16.4 acres on Knight Road. The special permit was granted on June 6, 2018. The applicant seeks to amend the permit with regard to the timing of the landscape planting, the siting of a temporary construction parking area, and a temporary change to the location of the access road.
