To all persons inter­ested in the above cap­tioned
estate, by Peti­tion of Petitioner ROSE­MARY CARPENITE of Egremont, Massachu­setts.
A Will has been admitted to informal probate. ROSEMARY CARPENITE of Egre­mont, Massachusetts has been
informally ap­pointed as the Personal Representative of the estate to serve
without surety on the bond.

The estate is being administered under informal
procedure by the Personal Repre­sentative under the Massachusetts Uni­form
Probate Code without supervision by the Court. Inven­tory and accounts are not
required to be filed with the Court, but interested parties are entitled to
notice regarding the admin­istration from the Per­sonal Representative and can
petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including distribution
of assets and expens­es of administration. Interested parties are entitled to
petition the Court to institute for­mal proceedings and to obtain orders ter­minating
or restricting the powers of Personal Representatives ap­pointed under informal
procedure. A copy of the Petition and Will, if any, can be obtained from the
Petitioner.

The Great Barrington Zoning Board of Ap­peals will
hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 7:30 pm at Town Hall, 334
Main Street, Great Barrington, MA, to act on the Special Permit application
from Jen­ise and Mark Lucey, to alter a nonconforming residential structure at
415 Monterey Road, Great Barrington, in accordance with Sec­tions 5.3 and 10.4
of the Zoning Bylaw. A copy of the Special Permit Application is on file with
the Town Clerk.

LEE SELECTMEN TO MEET ON TAX CLASSIFICATIONS

The Board of Selectman will meet Tuesday, Octo­ber
15, 2019, at 7:00 PM in the Lee
Town Hall with the Board
of Assessors to decide if the fiscal year 2020 tax rate will apply equally to
residential, in­dustrial and commercial properties.

In the past years, the tax rate has been the same
for each property classification, but the Selectmen determine if the rates
should be apportioned differently.

The Assessors will determine the fiscal tax rate
after the Select­men’s decision has been made.
