To all interested persons: A Petition for Formal Probate of Will with Appointment of Personal Representative has been filed by Joel Meyers of Otis MA requesting that the Court enter a formal Decree and Order and for such other relief as requested in the Petition.
The Petitioner requests that: Joel Meyers of Otis MA be appointed as Personal Representative(s) of said estate to serve Without Surety on the bond in an unsupervised administration.

UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE MASSACHUSETTS UNIFORM PROBATE CODE (MUPC)
A Personal Representative appointed under the MUPC in an unsupervised administration is not required to file an inventory or annual accounts with the Court. Persons interested in the estate are entitled to notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including the distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 6:00 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, to act on a request from the SK Design Group, Inc. on behalf of 79 Bridge Street Realty, LLC to amend the Order of Conditions (DEP File 167-0399) issued for construction of an 88-room hotel and accessory amenities and infrastructure at 79 Bridge Street, Map 19 Lot 139. The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 6:00 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability from Alexander Thorp of ACCORD Engineering & Surveying LLC for Timpane Construction, Inc., property is at 171 Division Street, Map 32 Lot 5. The applicant is seeking to demolish an existing dwelling, and reconstruct a new dwelling with an equal footprint. Additionally, the applicant seeks to remove selected trees adjacent to the dwelling in order to reduce risk to persons and property. This public meeting will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131, Section 40 and the Great Barrington Wetlands Bylaw and Regulations, Chapter 168 and Chapter 217 Article III.

GREAT BARRINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 6:00 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability from Tom Ingersoll of Ingersoll Land Care for Hevreh of the Southern Berkshires, property at 270 State Road, Map 15 Lot 49. Proposed work includes pruning plantings, removing standing dead trees, manually removing invasive plant species and possibly adding some new native plantings in and around an existing rain garden and along an intermittent stream. This public meeting will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131, Section 40 and the Great Barrington Wetlands Bylaw and Regulations, Chapter 168 and Chapter 217 Article III.

TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS
NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. on the application of Columbia Growth, Inc., for approval of a Special Permit for establishment and operation of a Marijuana Cultivation Facility under (9.11 [B] [6] and a Marijuana Product Manufacturer (9.11 [B] [7] from the Town of Lee Zoning Bylaws. The proposal is to locate a Marijuana Establishment for the cultivation and manufacturing of cannabis. The cannabis will be sold to licensed marijuana establishments in Massachusetts. The property affected is located at 157 Columbia Street, in the Industrial Zoning District (Assessor’s Map 13, Lot 1).
Any person interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated. If unable to attend please submit comments in writing to the Lee Board of Selectman at 32 Main Street, Lee, MA, 01238. Failure to make recommendations on the matter for review shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto. A copy of the application is available for review in the Town Clerk’s Office.

The trees scheduled for removal are a 10 inch ± diameter Norway Maple, a 15 inch ± Weeping Cherry, and a multi stem Locust.
