A GUARDIAN

RESPONDENT: Incapacitated Person​/​Protected Person

     To the named
Respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by
Timberlyn Heights Nursing & Rehab of Great Barrington, Ma in the above
captioned matter requesting that the court: Expand the powers of a Guardian.
The petition asks the court to make a determination that the powers of the
Guardian and​/​or Conservator should be expanded, modified, or limited since
the time of the appointment. The original petition is on file with the court.

     You have the
right to object to this proceeding. If you wish to do so, you or your attorney
must file a written appearance at this court on or before 10:00 a.m. on the
return date of 07/12/2019. This is NOT a hearting date, but a deadline date by
which you have to file the written appearance if you object to the petition. If
you fail to file the written appearance by the return date, action may be taken
in this matter without further notice to you. In addition to filing the written
appearance, you or your attorney must file a written affidavit stating the
specific facts and grounds of your objection within 30 days after the return
date.

     The outcome of
this proceeding may limit or completely take away the above-named person’s
right to make decisions about personal affairs or financial affairs or both.
The above-named person has the right to ask for a lawyer. Anyone may make this

HIGHWAY GARAGE PAVEMENT

The Town of New
Marlborough, acting through the Board of Selectmen,
will accept sealed bids for paving the New Marlborough highway garage. The
project in total is approximately 3,150 square yards, requiring approximately
900 tons of MassDOT approved bituminous concrete. Bid packages will be
available at the New Marlborough Town Hall starting Wednesday, July 3, 2019
Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; by emailing a request to
sfleck@newmarlboroughma.gov, by calling 413-229-8116. Sealed bids will be accepted
until 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at the New Marlborough
Town Hall located at 807 Mill River Southfield Road, PO Box 99,
Mill River, MA
01244, at which time
they will be opened and read aloud. Absolutely no bids will be accepted after

INVITATION TO BID

ROAD RESURFACING

The Town of New Marlborough, acting
through the Board of Selectmen, will accept sealed bids to chip seal various
roads in New Marlborough to include Brewer
Hill Road and the intersection of Brewer Branch Road.
The project will consist of a total of 15,443 square yards; 6,200 feet long and
approximately 21 feet wide. All materials and workmanship are to meet the
latest MassDOT specifications. This contract contains a price adjustment provision
for liquid asphalt mixtures. Price adjustments will be in accordance with
MassDOT special provisions for price adjustments for Liquid Asphalt dated June
6, 2019. The base price for liquid asphalt on this contract is $547.50​/​ton.
The base price for diesel as of May 2019 is $2.504​/​gallon. Bids packages will
be available at the New Marlborough Town Hall starting Wednesday, July 3, 2019
