host a Community Outreach Meeting for a proposed Marijuana Establishment on May
14, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, 249 Stockbridge Road, Great Barrington,
Massachusetts. The proposed Marijuana Cultivator is anticipated to be located
at 22 Van Deusenville Road,
Great Barrington, MA. There will be an opportunity for the public to ask
questions.

EGREMONT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Egremont Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing
May 9 at 7:30 p.m. at the Egremont Town Hall, located at 171 Route 71, on a
Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) by Charles Caine, 257
Hillsdale Road, regarding proposed renovations to a house, said project
involving areas subject to the Wetlands Protection Act. RDA may be viewed at

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Great Barrington Planning Board will hold a public
hearing on May 23, 2019 at 7 p.m., at Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Great
Barrington, to act on the Rear Lot special permit application from David
McDonald and Nina Echegaray, to create a new building lot in the R2 zone, at
166 Castle Hill Avenue, in accordance with Sections 4.3 and 10.4 of the Zoning
Bylaw.

Notice of Public Hearing

The Planning Board of the Town of Mount Washington will hold a Public Hearing
on May 23, 2019 at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall to consider the application of
Geneve Brossard and Pierre Chee for a Special Permit to construct a 26’x41’
garage and workshop at their residence at 237 East Street. In accordance with the
Mount Washington Zoning Bylaw §215-6.(7), this proposed building requires a
Special Permit for an accessory building exceeding 600 square feet. The
application may be viewed at the Town Hall, located at 118 East Street during the Town Clerk’s
office hours. Any person wishing to be heard on these matters, should appear at
the time and place designated.

The Planning Board for the Town of Otis will hold a public hearing for a Special
Permit on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 7 p.m. at the Town Offices, 1 North Main Road, Otis, MA.
The Special Permit has been requested for an accessory building height variance
under section 4.2.2.4 of the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Otis
for Katherine & Ralph Frisina for the property located at 863 Dimmock Road,
Map 1, Lot 56. The purpose of the variance
request is to build a new garage with a height above the allowed 20 feet above
grade.
