The Great Barrington Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Great Barrington, to act on the Special Permit application from Randy Mills, Town Square Media, 211 Jason Street, Pittsfield, for a new satellite dish for Berkshire Broadcasting Co. at 425 Stockbridge Road, in accordance with Sections 7.1 and 10.4 of the Great Barrington Zoning Bylaw. A copy of the application is on file with the Town Clerk.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on the application for an application for Change of LLC Managers, Ownership Interest in LLC and Liquor License Manager of the All Alcohol License to LANCE DRAGONETTI, for D Spoon, LLC, d/b/a Post Eatery & Bar at 5 Railroad Street, Lee, MA 01238.
Failure to make recommendations on this matter shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Lee, (“Town”) acting through its Board of Assessors invites sealed proposals from qualified companies for the Town’s FY 2021 and FY2022 Maintenance, the FY2023 Re-Valuation, the Cyclical Re-inspection Program of Improved Real Property and Commercial/Industrial Property and collection of Commercial Personal Property. Specifications for this job and other pertinent information may be obtained from the Office of the Board of Assessors, 32 Main Street, Lee, MA during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Completed proposals must be received at the Office of the Board of Assessors, 32 Main Street, Lee, MA 01238 by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked “Proposal for Valuation Services”. The Board of Selectmen is the awarding authority and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any proposal and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Lee.

TOWN OF SANDISFIIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONSERVATION COMMISSION
On Tuesday, February 18, 2020 there will be a public hearing at 7:15 p.m. at the Sandisfield Town Hall, 3 Silverbrook Road held by the Sandisfield Conservation Commission on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Boguart Muller located at 72 South Main St, Sandisfield MA. Map 415 — Lot 10. Request to level and rebuild home on existing footprint. The purpose of the RDA is to determine if the above project is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act in accordance with the provisions of chapter 131, Section 40 of the Massachusetts State Laws.
