UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE MASSACHUSETTS UNIFORM PROBATE CODE (MUPC)
A Personal Representative appointed under the MUPC in an unsupervised administration is not required to file an inventory or annual accounts with the Court. Persons interested in the estate are entitled to notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including the distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF SHEFFIELD
The Town of Sheffield Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, Sheffield, MA 01257, to seek public input on the submission of a FY20 MA DHCD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) regional application including the towns of Dalton, Becket, Sheffield, and Stockbridge. Proposed activities include: 1) a Housing Rehabilitation Program to benefit low to moderate income homeowners and 2) a Planning Project to perform ADA Self-Evaluations and Transition Plans for the Towns of Dalton, Becket, and Stockbridge. This application will be submitted with the assistance of Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC). Residents of all four towns are invited to attend. Any person or organization wishing to be heard will be afforded the opportunity to do so; anyone not able to attend may forward their comments to Rhonda LaBombard, Town Administrator at 21 Depot Square, Sheffield MA 01257, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
TOWN OF GREAT BARRINGTON
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Great Barrington Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 24, 2020 at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Great Barrington, to act on the Special Permit application from Randy Mills, Town Square Media, 211 Jason Street, Pittsfield, for a new satellite dish for Berkshire Broadcasting Co. at 425 Stockbridge Road, in accordance with Sections 7.1 and 10.4 of the Great Barrington Zoning Bylaw. A copy of the application is on file with the Town Clerk.

Town of Sheffield Notice of Public Hearing
The Sheffield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., 1st floor meeting room, Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability, filed by Berkshire Soil & Water for property located at 290 Bow Wow Road, Sheffield, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, sec. 40. The purpose of the hearing is to gather information regarding the proposed project: Septic system repairs.
The intention of the applicant will be discussed in compliance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
