Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 M.G.L. c. 21 S 43, notice is given of a 401 Water Quality Certification application for the District 1 Culvert and Drainage Repair Project along Interstate 90 in the Towns of Blandford, Otis, and Stockbridge by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation—Highway Division, 10 Park Plaza, Room 4260, Boston, MA 02116. This project will involve the replacement of existing culverts and drainage structures essential to the ongoing operation and maintenance of Interstate 90 in Blandford, Otis, and Stockbridge, Massachusetts. Additional information may be obtained from the Massachusetts Department of Transportation​—​Highway Division at the above address, Attention Susan McArthur, (857) 368-8807. Written comments should be sent to DEP, Division of Wetlands and Waterways, Attention Chris Ross, Southeast Region, 20 Riverside Drive, Lakeville, MA 02347 within 21 days of this notice. Any group of ten persons, any aggrieved person, or any governmental body or private organization with a mandate to protect the environment who submits written comments may appeal the Department’s Certification. on Town owned property

The Town of Egremont is seeking proposals for the development and ongoing management of an affordable housing development on a parcel of Town owned land located at 171 Egremont Plain Road, Egremont MA. The site is comprised of approximately 6.192 acres, a portion of the property as shown on the Egremont Assessor’s Map 9, Parcel. Proposals will be accepted at Egremont Town Hall, Chief Procurement Officer, 171 Egremont Plain Road, Egremont MA 01230, or via mail to Egremont Town Hall, Chief Procurement Officer, P.O. Box 368, South Egremont MA 01258, until 1:00pm, Friday, March 1, 2019 at which time the proposals will be opened publicly and reviewed for completeness. Applicants must submit in a sealed envelope an original and eight (8) copies marked “Egremont Affordable Housing”. Proposals received after this time will be deemed non-responsive and will not be accepted. Faxed or e-mailed proposals will not be accepted. The Town of Egremont reserves the right to reject all responses and to waive any minor informality in responses received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest.
