Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 M.G.L. c. 21 S 43, notice is given of a 401 Water Quality Certification application for the replacement of the bridge carrying Umpachene Falls Road over Konkapot River, Bridge #N-08-010, in the Town of New Marlborough, MA by the MassDOT, Division of Highways, Ten Park Plaza, Room 4260, Boston, MA 02116. This project will involve removal and replacement of the existing bridge over the Konkapot River. The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 27th at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 171 Egremont Plain Road, Egremont, MA 01230, to consider extending Zoning Bylaw Section 4.3.7 Temporary Moritorium on Marijuana Retail Sale with this proposed new section: 220.127.116.11 Temporary Moratorium Extension. The Town hereby adopts an extension of the temporary moratorium in Section 18.104.22.168 from December 2018 through June 2019.
The proposed change may be obtained at the Office of the Administrator, Town Hall, Egremont, MA. The Egremont Zoning Bylaw and this proposed new section are available at egremont-ma.gov.

The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. on the application of Sling, LLC for approval of a Special Permit under Section 199-9.11 Marijuana Establishments from the Town of Lee Zoning Bylaws, 1999-8 Off Street Parking and 199-2 Environmental Performance Standards. The proposal is to locate a Marijuana Establishment for the cultivation and manufacturing of cannabis to be sold at wholesale to other licensed marijuana establishments in Lee and/or throughout the Commonwealth. The facility is intended to house both the cultivation and manufacturing operation. The property is located at 815 Pleasant Street, I Industrial Zoning District, Map 30, Lot 76.
Any person interested or wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
