GREAT BARRINGTON— Manville Street is a quiet, dead-end road, lined with modest Cape-style houses, away from the noise of downtown, and residents like it that way.
“It’s that quality of life that all of us invested in when we bought those houses,” said Ivan Kruh, who moved into the neighborhood in 2014.
But the neighborhood is about to change radically.
“We’re working on final plans and then we’re set to begin construction in early spring,” Framework Properties co-owner Ian Rasch said.
