Under provisions of MGL Chapter 131, section 39A, a public hearing will be held at the Alford Town Hall on September 20 at 7:30 pm.  The purpose is the filing of a Scenic Mountain Notice of Intent by Hillel and Lilliana Bachrach to construct a pool, pool house and associated landscaping in the mapped Scenic Mountain zone at 22 Old Village Road, Alford.

To all persons interested in the above captioned estate, by Petition of Walter M Shenko of Great Barrington MA  a Will has been admitted to informal probate. Walter M. Shenko of Great Barrington MA has been informally appointed as the Personal Representative of the estate to serve without surety on the bond.

The estate is being administered under informal procedure by the Personal Representative under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code without supervision by the Court.
