GREAT BARRINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at 6:30 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability from Marc Palumbo, property at 322 Park St. N,

Map 4 Lot 39. The proposed work includes taking down three large, old and dangerous trees within the riverfront area adjacent to Rising Pond. This public meeting will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Ch.131, Sec. 40 and the Great Barrington Wetlands Bylaw, Ch.168.
