The Town of New Marlborough, acting through the Board of Selectmen, will accept sealed bids for roadside mowing with appropriate equipment and qualified operator for approximately 90 miles of town roads. Bid packages will be available at the New Marlborough Town Hall starting Wednesday, 8/15/18, Mon.-Fri. from 9am-3pm; by calling (413)229-8116; or by emailing a request to sfleck@newmarlboroughma.gov. Sealed bids will be accepted until 1:00 pm Wednesday, 8/29/18, at the New Marlborough Town Hall, P.O. Box 99/807 Mill River Southfield Road, Mill River, MA 01244, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Absolutely no bids will be accepted after that time. GREAT BARRINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION

 

The Great Barrington Conservation Commission, which normally meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month, will not meet on August 22, 2018. Instead, the Conservation Commission will meet at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, August 29, 2019 at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, in the Selectboard meeting room on the second floor. Legal Notices for that meeting will appear in the Berkshire Record of August 24, 2018, and the Agenda for that meeting will be posted in the usual places on or before August 24, 2018.
