Monument Mountain Regional High School taps Texas educator for principal

By Christopher McDermott
GREAT BARRINGTON — The next principal at Monument Mountain Regional High School will be Dr. Doug Wine, an educator with 28 years of teaching and administrative experience who is currently serving as principal of a Catholic preparatory school for grades six to 12 in Dallas, Texas.
“I’m looking forward to Doug joining the Monument community” Berkshire Hills Regional School District superintendent Peter Dillon wrote in an announcement on Wednesday. “Doug’s range of experiences, clear thinking, his interest in supporting student and teacher growth, and his desire to listen and respond to our needs will build on Monument’s strengths and help us move forward.”
