Stockbridge voters approve every article at Annual Town Meeting

STOCKBRIDGE — The town passed all articles voted on during their Annual Town Meeting Monday night.

“A new record,” Town Moderator Gary Johnston declared at the meeting’s close.

Lasting just under 90 minutes, the meeting moved quickly, passing the first 14 articles with unanimous accord. All votes were taken with voice alone, and nearly all were approved unanimously, save articles 15, 24, and 25, which passed with sparse “Nay” votes.

The only significant discussion from the audience came in relation to the establishment of the town’s PILOT program, though the article was passed unanimously by the town.
