To all interested persons a Petition for Formal Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative has been filed by Donald O. Platt of West Lafayette, IN requesting that the Court enter a formal Decree and Order and for such other relief as requested in the Petition. The Petitioner requests that Donald O. Platt of West Lafayette, IN be appointed as Personal Representative(s) of said estate to serve Without Surety on the bond in an unsupervised administration.

UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE MASSACHUSETTS UNIFORM PROBATE CODE (MUPC):
A Personal Representative appointed under the MUPC in an unsupervised administration is not required to file an inventory or annual accounts with the Court. Persons interested in the estate are entitled to notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including the distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

GREAT BARRINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 6:30 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, to act on a Notice of Intent submitted by Foresight Land Services for the Housatonic Curtain Company, property at 430 Park Street, Housatonic, MA, Map 2 Lot 50. The proposed work includes permanent decommissioning of two underground storage tanks adjacent to the Housatonic River. This public hearing will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131, Section 40 and the Great Barrington Wetlands Bylaw and Regulations, Chapter 168 and Chapter 217 Article III.

GREAT BARRINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 6:30 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, to act on a Notice of Intent submitted by Joan Deely of Land Stewardship, Inc. on behalf of the Mass Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), property at Beartown State Forest, Fountain Pond Park and East Mountain State Forest. The proposed work includes invasive plant species treatments including Hand Pulling; Cut Stem Treatment with Herbicide Application; Spot Foliar Treatment; and Hand Wiping with Herbicide soaked Cotton Gloves. This public hearing will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131, Section 40 and the Great Barrington Wetlands Bylaw and Regulations, Chapter 168 and Chapter 217 Article III.

GREAT BARRINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 6:30 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability from the Mass Department of Transportation, property is Route 23 from the Egremont Town line to the intersection with Route 7. The proposed work includes milling, paving, installing new hook lock frames, grates and covers as required, repair of defective drainage structures and other related work. This public meeting will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131, Section 40 and the Great Barrington Wetlands Bylaw and Regulations, Chapter 168 and Chapter 217 Article III.

GREAT BARRINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 6:30 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability from The Trustees of Reservations, property off Grove Street, Housatonic, Map 2 Lot 44. Proposed work includes construction of an elevated boardwalk of approximately 200 feet length to mitigate any impact to an intermittent stream crossed by a new trail to be built from the village of Housatonic to Flag Rock. This public meeting will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131, Section 40 and the Great Barrington Wetlands Bylaw and Regulations, Chapter 168 and Chapter 217 Article III.
