TOWN OF MOUNT WASHINGTON
PUBLIC HEARING
The Mount Washington Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to the provisions of MGL 40A Section 5 on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 7:00 pm. at Town Hall, 118 East St., Mt. Washington MA to provide interested parties with an opportunity to comment on proposed amendments to the Mt. Washington Zoning Bylaws. The proposed amendments would prohibit all Marijuana Establishments of any kind and establish a moratorium on all Marijuana Establishments until either a prohibition or regulation is in place, not to exceed one year or such shorter period allowed by law.
Copies of the proposed texts may be inspected in the Town clerk’s office at the Town Hall during Town office hours. Copies will also be available on the town website. Any person wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place designated.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board on a proposed amendment to the Sheffield Zoning Bylaw regarding a Temporary Moratorium on Marijuana Establishments. This amendment would add a new Section 3.1.6 Temporary Moratorium on Marijuana Establishments to the Zoning Bylaw. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, Sheffield, MA. All persons wishing an opportunity to be heard on said proposed amendment will be provided an opportunity to speak. Copies of the amendment may be viewed at the Town Hall in the Town Clerk’s office.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Great Barrington Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 334 Main St., Great Barrington, to act on an appeal filed by Marc Fasteau, Anne Fredericks and Joe Krummel of the Zoning Enforcement Officer’s response to a request to enforce the Great Barrington Zoning Bylaw regarding the Great Barrington Airport at 70 Egremont Plain Road, specifically regarding installation of a new underground fuel storage tank. A copy of the application is on file at the Town Clerk’s office, Town Hall. Zoning Board of Appeals members will make a site visit at 5:30 p.m. that same date.
