To the named Respondent and all other interested persons, you are hereby notified pursuant to Rule 72 of the Supplemental Rules of the Probate & Family Court, that the 2nd Annual account(s) of Ronald Cowdrey, Jr. of Granby, CT as Conservator of the property of said Respondent has or have been presented to the Court for allowance.
You have the right to object to the account(s). If you wish to do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance and objection at this court on or before 10:00 A.M. on the return date of 04/10/2018. This day is NOT a hearing date, but a deadline date by which you have to object to the account(s). If you fail to file the written appearance and objection by the return date, action may be taken in this matter without further notice to you, including the allowance of the account(s).

GREAT BARRINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 6:30 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, to act on a request for an Amended Order of Conditions submitted by Accord Engineering & Surveying LLC for Green House Partners, LLC, property at 27 Humphrey St., Map 20 Lots 2, 5, 8 & 8B. The proposed amendments reduce the number of residential structures to be constructed on the property from five to three, reducing the one-way loop road to a shorter two way shared driveway and moving the overall disturbance on the site up-grade farther away from the Housatonic River. This public hearing will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131, Section 40 and the Great Barrington Wetlands Bylaw and Regulations, Chapter 168 and Chapter 217 Article III.

GREAT BARRINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 6:30 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Second Floor, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by Kelly, Granger, Parsons & Assoc. for Jill Cancellieri to remove the existing driveway and construct a new 12 ft. wide driveway and install a new 15 inch culvert within the Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland at 107 Christian Hill Road, Map 32 Lot 76. This public hearing will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131, Section 40 and the Great Barrington Wetlands Bylaw and Regulations, Chapter 168 and Chapter 217 Article III.

PLANNING BOARD
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board on a proposed amendment to the Sheffield Zoning Bylaw regarding a Temporary Moratorium on Marijuana Establishments. This amendment would add a new Section 3.1.6 Temporary Moratorium on Marijuana Establishments to the Zoning Bylaw. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, Sheffield, MA. All persons wishing an opportunity to be heard on said proposed amendment will be provided an opportunity to speak. Copies of the amendment may be viewed at the Town Hall in the Town Clerk’s office.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Great Barrington Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 334 Main St., Great Barrington, to act on an appeal filed by Marc Fasteau, Anne Fredericks and Joe Krummel of the Zoning Enforcement Officer’s response to a request to enforce the Great Barrington Zoning Bylaw regarding the Great Barrington Airport at 70 Egremont Plain Road, specifically regarding installation of a new underground fuel storage tank. A copy of the application is on file at the Town Clerk’s office, Town Hall. Zoning Board of Appeals members will make a site visit at 5:30 p.m. that same date.
