UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION UNDER THE MASSACHUSETTS UNIFORM PROBATE CODE (MUPC)
A Personal Representative appointed under the MUPC in an unsupervised administration is not required to file an inventory or annual accounts with the Court. Persons interested in the estate are entitled to notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including the distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

In accordance with Chapter 71, Section 38N of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the citizens of the towns of Great Barrington, Stockbridge, and West Stockbridge are hereby notified that a Tentative Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Monument Valley Regional Middle School Student Center, 313 Monument Valley Road, Great Barrington, Massachusetts for the purpose of giving all interested persons the opportunity to be heard for or against the whole or any part of the proposed 2018-19 Berkshire Hills Regional School District Budget. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF EGREMONT PLANNING BOARD
The Egremont Planning board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at 7 pm, in the Egremont Town Hall Meeting Room at 171 Egremont Plain Road,
Egremont, MA, to consider the following proposed changes to clarify two Egremont Zoning Bylaws as follows:
4.3.6.2 Common Driveways, Requirements:
In subparagraph a., clarify the number of units.
From: “…no more than four dwellings.”
To: “…no more than four dwelling units whether in one or more buildings.”
And in subparagraph c., clarify the setbacks from the common driveway.
From: “…and a minimum 25 foot setback from the side line between the lot of origin and a lot not served by the common driveway.”
To: “…and a minimum 25 foot setback from any property line in the lot of origin and any lot not served by the common driveway.”
5.6.3 Large-scale Ground-Mounted Solar Photovoltaic Installation (LGSPI) Overlay
District, Relationship to Other Districts:
Clarify the third sentence.
From: “… nothing in Section 5.6 should be construed to alter the Egremont Zoning Bylaw as to the installation of solar photovoltaic systems as either principal uses (by special permit) or as accessory uses in areas outside of the LGSPI Overlay District.”
To: “…nothing in Section 5.6 shall be construed to alter the Egremont Zoning Bylaw regarding the installation of solar photovoltaic systems in areas outside of the LGSPI Overlay District.”

Town of Great Barrington
Public Hearing
The Great Barrington Planning Board will hold a public hearing, pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Law Ch. 40A, s. 5, on Thursday, March 8, 2018 beginning at 6:00 PM at Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Great Barrington, to provide interested parties with an opportunity to comment on proposed changes to the Great Barrington Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map. Proposed changes include the following: (1) a rezoning of the State Road area between the Housatonic River and Belcher Square from B2 to B2X, including rezoning of parcels on Avery Lane, North Street, Mechanic Street, Hillside Ave., Gilmore Ave., East St., and Everett St. from B2 to B2X or to R3, as shown on the proposed zoning map; and, (2) revisions to the Bylaw to regulate Marijuana establishments, including marijuana retail stores.
A copy of the proposed text and map amendments may be reviewed in the Town Clerk’s office at Town Hall during regular business hours, or at the Mason or Ramsdell Library, or on the town website www.townofgb.org. Any person wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place designated, or may provide written comments to the Board prior to the public hearing.

Notice of Public Hearing
The Sheffield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., 1st floor meeting room, Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability, filed by Century Acquisition, Inc. for property on 49 Clayton Road, Sheffield, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, sec. 40. The purpose of the hearing is to gather information regarding the proposed project: Improvements to an existing quarry road.
The intention of the applicant will be discussed in compliance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
