The Petitioner requests that Carl A. De Gersdorff of Alford, MA be appointed as Personal Representative of said estate to serve Without Surety on the bond in an unsupervised administration.

A Personal Representative appointed under the MUPC in an unsupervised administration is not required to file an inventory or annual accounts with the Court. Persons interested in the estate are entitled to notice regarding the administration directly from the Personal Representative and may petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including the distribution of assets and expenses of administration.

The Town of Otis Board of Selectmen will hold a tax classification hearing on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 7 p.m. in the Otis Town Hall to determine whether to have a single rate for both residential and commercial properties.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Great Barrington, Massachusetts (the “Town”)is seeking proposals from entities to enter into a sublease of the building at 20 Castle Street in downtown Great Barrington. The Town will accept proposals for subletting the first floor garage space, the second floor office space, or partial rental of either floor.
A document setting forth specifications for proposals may be obtained in person or by written request from the office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Great Barrington, Massachusetts, 01230, or emailing apulver@townofgb.org Monday thru Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning November 15, 2017. A site visit will be held on Friday December 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
Completed sealed proposals must be received at the Town Manager’s Office on or before Friday, December 15, 2017 by 2:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened.
The Town of Great Barrington reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to cancel this request for proposal at any time, if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so. The Town also reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and make an award deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Great Barrington.

CONSERVATION COMMISSION
On Tuesday, December 19, 2017 there will be a public hearing at 7:45 P.M. at the Sandisfield Town Hall located at 66 Sandisfield Road (RT.57) held by the Sandisfield Conservation Commission on a Request for Determination for Karen and Bill Haines (414/76) 12 S. Sandisfield Road for the purpose of removing three dead trees and to find out whether the land and project described on map 414/76 is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 131, Section 40 of the Massachusetts State Laws.

SURPLUS VEHICLES
The Town of Sheffield, acting through its Board of Selectmen, invites sealed bids from individuals or companies interested in purchasing the following vehicles:
2005 Crown Victoria Sedan
2005 Ford F450 Truck
2008 Ford F150 Pick up
The vehicles may be viewed by contacting either Highway Superintendent Edward Pickert at (413) 229-7030 or Town Administrator Rhonda LaBombard at (413) 229-7000, Ext. 152. Sealed proposals, clearly marked “Surplus Vehicle Bids”will be received at the Office of the Board of Selectmen, Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, P.O. Box 325, Sheffield, MA 01257 until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 26, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Board of Selectmen shall award the sale to the highest qualified bidder and the vehicles will be sold “ As Is, Where Is” All bids must be on forms provided by the Town. Forms may be obtained in person or email from the Board of Selectmen’s office between the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (413) 229-7000, Ext. 152. The Town of Sheffield makes no representation regarding the suitability of the vehicles for any purpose nor does the Town of Sheffield make any representation regarding any lien or legal impediment accruing to the vehicles. The successful bidder will be responsible for removal and all transportation of said surplus vehicle from its location on Town premises within one week of the bid award. The Town assumes no responsibility for the condition of the vehicles either before the sale or thereafter. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor informalities or irregularities in any bid and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Sheffield.
