REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Great Barrington, Massachusetts (the “Town”) is seeking proposals from entities to enter into a sublease of the building at 20 Castle Street in downtown Great Barrington. The Town will accept proposals for subletting the first floor garage space, the second floor office space, or partial rental of either floor.
A document setting forth specifications for proposals may be obtained in person or by written request from the office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Great Barrington, Massachusetts, 01230, or emailing email@example.com Monday thru Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning November 15, 2017. A site visit will be held on Friday December 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
Completed sealed proposals must be received at the Town Manager’s Office on or before Friday, December 15, 2017 by 2:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened.
The Town of Great Barrington reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to cancel this request for proposal at any time, if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so. The Town also reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and make an award deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Great Barrington.
