To the named Respondent and all other interested persons, a petition has been filed by Timberlyn East Nursing and Rehab of Great Barrington, MA in the above captioned matter alleging that Gerard Labelle is in need of a Conservator or other protective order and requesting that Thomas Donahue Esq. of Pittsfield, MA (or some other suitable person) be appointed as Conservator to serve Without Surety on the bond.

The petition asks the court to determine that the Respondent is disabled, that a protective order or appointment of a Conservator is necessary, and that the proposed conservator is appropriate. The petition is on file with this court.

You have the right to object to this proceeding. If you wish to do so, you or your attorney must file a written appearance at this court on or before 10:00 A.M. on the return date of 09/13/2017. This day is not a hearing date, but a deadline date by which you have to file the written appearance if you object to the petition. If you fail to file the written appearance by the return date, action may be taken in this matter without further notice to you. In addition to filing the written appearance, you or your attorney must file a written affidavit stating the specific facts and grounds of your objection within 30 days after the return date.

The outcome of this proceeding may limit or completely take away the above-named person’s right to make decisions about personal affairs or financial affairs or both. The above-named person has the right to ask for a lawyer. Anyone may make this request on behalf of the above-named person. The Town of New Marlborough and the Town of Sheffield, acting through the Board of Selectmen, will accept sealed bids for Highway Road Materials. Bid packages will be available at the New Marlborough Town Hall starting Wednesday, August 30, 2017, Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.; by calling (413)229-8116; or by emailing a request to sfleck@newmarlboroughma.gov. Sealed bids will be accepted until 1:00 pm Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at the New Marlborough Town Hall, 807 Mill River Southfield Road, P.O. Box 99, Mill River, MA 01244, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Absolutely no bids will be accepted after that time. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Great Barrington Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 25, 2017, at 7:00 PM, at Town Hall, 334 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Great Barrington, to act on the special permit application of Timeless Auto Sales, LLC, to permit a motor vehicle salesroom including used car lot at 109 Stockbridge Road, Great Barrington, in accordance with Sections 3.1.4 C (16) and 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant seeks to operate on a portion of the premises, both utilizing office space in a portion of the existing building and parking cars for sale in 14 spaces of the existing parking lot.

CONSERVATION COMMISSION

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Under provisions of MGL Chapter 131, section 40, a public hearing will be held at the Alford Town Hall on September 5 at 7:30pm. The purpose is the filing of a Notice of Intent by James Hall and Juliann Scott for dam repair and pond restoration at 22 Alford Road.
