GREAT BARRINGTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Great Barrington Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 6:30 PM at the Great Barrington Town Hall, 334 Main Street, to consider proposed revisions to the approved uses of the McAllister Wildlife Refuge. The McAllister Wildlife Refuge is comprised of 94 acres of open fields and wooded areas adjacent to Haley Road and extending southwesterly to the Green River. The property is identified on the 2017 Assessors Maps as Map 31, Lot 34, and was deeded to the Town in 1974 under the management of the Commission.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE
FOR FEDERAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
The Town of Egremont Water Department proposes to file an Application for Federal Financial Assistance with the USDA, Rural Development. This application for financial assistance will be for funding under the Rural Utilities Service, Part 1780, Water and Waste Loans and Grants (CFDA 10.760) and is anticipated to be submitted by June 30, 2017. The specific elements of the project are to obtain preliminary engineering for water main infrastructure replacement. The project is anticipated to cost $26,000.00.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Town of Great Barrington, Massachusetts is seeking proposals from entities to enter into a sublease of the building at 20 Castle Street in downtown Great Barrington. The Town is interested in proposals for subletting the first floor garage space, the second floor office space, or partial rental of either floor. The terms of the lease are flexible and available for up to three years.
A document setting forth specifications for proposals may be obtained in person or by written request from the office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Great Barrington, Massachusetts, 01230, or emailing apulver@townofgb.org Monday thru Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. beginning May 26, 2017.
Completed sealed proposals must be received at the Town Manager’s Office on or before Friday, August 4, 2017 by 2:00 p.m. at which time they will be publicly opened.
The Town of Great Barrington reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to cancel this request for proposal at any time, if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so. The Town also reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and make an award deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Great Barrington.
