The Town of Egremont will hold a Special Town Meeting at the Mount Everett Regional High School Cafeteria, in Sheffield Mass., on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 6:00 PM to vote on the following articles:
1: Transfer $19,000.00 to the Highway Construction and Maintenance budget to replace funds used to finish the Mount Washington Road bridge.
2: Transfer $98,500.00 to the South Egremont School House repairs account.
3: Transfer $99,900.00 to fund a contractual obligation to a former police chief.

TOWN OF LEE
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen has received an application for a modification of a special permit from the Town of Lee Zoning bylaws Section 199-4.2(b) (Resorts) from South Church Street Associates, LLC., to redevelop the existing manor house into 11 residential units, a fitness center, maintenance building, garages and related work.
The Petitioner requests a modification of the special permit granted by Town of Lee Board of Selectmen on June 12, 1978, modified on July 13, 1983 and April 3, 1997. The special permit was further modified on May 12, 2012 and March 4, 2014 by request of Scarafoni Associates. A modification was granted to Daniel Dus for Unit 6 (now Unit M-9) on May 4, 2015. This property is located at 3 Foxhollow Drive, Lee, MA in the RA-40 Residential-Agricultural zoning district, Map 6, Lot 2A.
Failure to make recommendations on this matter shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto. Copy of the application and plans are available for review in the Selectmen’s office, Memorial Hall, 32 Main Street, Lee, MA 01238. The Sheffield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., 1st floor meeting room, Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability, filed by Massachusetts Electric Company for property on Route 7 (Main Street) and Route 7A (Ashley Falls Rd), Sheffield, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, sec. 40. The purpose of the hearing is to gather information regarding the proposed project: Work along Route 7A is the installation of new poles, replacement of existing poles and removal of poles for the Mass DOT bridge reconstruction project. Work along Route 7 is installation of a new pole and temporary relocation of overhead utilities for Mass DOT construction project.
The intention of the applicant will be discussed in compliance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
