NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE
G.L. c. 190B, § 3-306
To all persons who have or may have some interest in the above-captioned estate and, if interested, to the Office of the Attorney General and the Department of Veterans Affairs, notice is hereby given on February 17, 2017 that the Petitioner Airlie L Ohman of South Egremont, MA intends to file with the above-named Probate and Family Court, not sooner than seven (7) days after this notice, a Petition for Informal Probate of a Will, Petition for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative, to serve without surety on the bond, Airlie L Ohman of South Egremont.
The estate is being administered under the informal procedure by the Personal Representative under the Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code without supervision by the Court. Inventory and accounts are not required to be filed with the Court, but interested parties are entitled to notice regarding the administration from the Personal Representative and can petition the Court in any matter relating to the estate, including distribution of assets and expenses of administration. Interested parties are entitled to petition the Court to institute formal proceedings and to obtain orders terminating or restricting the powers of Personal Representatives appointed under informal procedure. A copy of the Petition and Will, if any, can be obtained from the Petitioner.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Great Barrington Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 24, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Great Barrington, MA, to act on the special permit application of Blackwater Realty Trust for work in Zone II of the Water Quality Protection Overlay District in accordance with Sections 9.2 and 10.4 of the Great Barrington Zoning Bylaw. The project involves construction of a new commercial office and retail building with associated parking lot. The site is a vacant parcel of land on Maple Avenue (Route 23) located immediately east of the railroad tracks and identified as Parcel 41A on Assessor’s Map 22.

TOWN OF EGREMONT PLANNING BOARD
The Egremont Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday April 4, 2017 at 7:00 PM in the Egremont Town Hall Meeting Room at 171 Egremont Plain Road, Egremont, MA, to act on a Special Permit application of 377 Builders LLC, 222 Pleasant Street, P.O. Box 483, Housatonic, MA 01236, for adaptive reuse of an existing non-conforming structure at 64 Main Street, South Egremont, MA. in accordance with Section 4.1.1.3 of the Egremont Zoning Bylaw. The existing structure will be used as an office building for 377 Builders LLC, a general contracting company who specialize in custom cabinetry and sustainable practices. The building will house offices, workshops, and showrooms. The hours of operation will be Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM. The Special Permit application is available to the public 7AM to 3PM at the Egremont Town Clerk’s office at 171 Egremont Plain Road, Egremont, MA and at egremont-ma.gov.

On Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at 7:00PM, the Egremont Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Egremont Town Hall, Route 71, Egremont Mass to consider the application of Sara Keene / The Barn at The Egremont Village Inn, 17 Main Street, Egremont, to amend their special permit issued in 2015 to be open on Wednesday evenings between the hours of 12noon to 9PM.
