CONSERVATION COMMISSION
On Tuesday, February 28, 2017 there will be a public hearing at 7:45
P.M. at the Sandisfield Town Hall located at 66 Sandisfield Road (RT.57) held by the Sandisfield Conservation Commission on a Notice of Intent filed by Alice Boyd (414.76.3) for the purpose of building a single family home including septic system, driveway and site grading at 12 South Sandisfield Road. The purpose of the NOI is to determine if the above project is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 131, Section 40 of the Massachusetts State Laws.

Public Notice
On Jan. 11 the Egremont Board of Health adopted new well regulations which will take effect in Egremont on March 1, 2017. To view these new well regulations, refer to the town’s web site, egremont-ma.gov. Copies are also available at Egremont Town Hall.

PLANNING BOARD
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board on a proposed amendment to the Sheffield Zoning Bylaw regarding the addition of a new Section 3.1.6 Temporary Moratorium on Aviation Landing Facilities.
The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, Sheffield, MA. All persons wishing an opportunity to be heard on said proposed amendment will be provided an opportunity to speak. Copies of the amendment may be viewed at the Town Hall in the Town Clerk’s office.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Great Barrington Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March. 8, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. at the Fire Station, 37 State Road, Great Barrington, to act on the special permit application of Don R. Torrico for property owned by Rolf Gerchberg at 400 Main St., Great Barrington, to extend an existing nonconforming structure. A copy of the application is on file at the Town Clerk’s office, Town Hall. Zoning Board of Appeals members will make a site visit at 5:30 p.m. that same date.
