The Town of Monterey Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing at Monterey Town Hall on Tuesday February 21, 2017 at 4:00 P.M. to discuss the FY17 CDBG application to include housing rehabilitation for income eligible residents and landlords. On Tuesday, February 28, 2017 there will be a public hearing at 7:15 P.M. at the Sandisfield Town Hall Annex located at 66 Sandisfield Road (RT.57) held by the Sandisfield Conservation Commission on a Request for Determination filed by Ronald Palazzo (402/22) 307 Shadow Lane, Sandisfield, Mass., 01255 for the purpose of installing a septic tank to replace the existing one which has failed. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Great Barrington Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March. 8, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. at the Fire Station, 37 State Road, Great Barrington, to act on the special permit application of Don R. Torrico for property owned by Rolf Gerchberg at 400 Main St., Great Barrington, to extend an existing nonconforming structure. A copy of the application is on file at the Town Clerk’s office, Town Hall. Zoning Board of Appeals members will make a site visit at 5:30 p.m. that same date.
